Kali exclusively answers to Eumsn Bones.

Vishal - What are you doing nowadays?
Kali - Brew some evil plans.

Vishal - Can i get the story of your band and biography? What is the meaning of Cult Of Blood exactly means to the band?
Kali - Cult of Blood was founded by Aamon and me in 2011. We had the feeling to start with something new and uncompromissing, something between a black mass and catharsis. With Dissector on the drums the cult was completed. Currently our bass players are coming and going, it`s not easy to work with us.

What the name means? Blood is healing and destruction,a most powerful magical substance and a curse. Everyone wants and needs blood, the dead and the living and the metal gods, we sacrifice by raw metal and blood.

Vishal - What are the lyrical themes you use in your song?gore, horror, politics, anti religion etc..
Kali - It`s a psychonautic, occult journey into the depths, facing themes like death, life, suffer, magik, cognition also ancient myths, rites, some metaphysical questions

Vishal - How it feels to be in a Underground band? And for how many years you are in this scene?
Kali - Good! since 2005 increased conceptual  ;-)

Vishal - Which are the bands that have influenced your band most?
Kali - Burzum, Celtic Frost, Bathory, Morbid Angel, Behemoth, Watain, Marduk.

Vishal - What are the future plans of Cult Of Blood? any tours, releases, recordings etc.
Kali - Of course more shows with great bands and after the recent release of the musicvideo for Hail Saturnus the next will be our first album, blacker and sicker than ever.

Vishal - What is your opinion on sites posting Underground Materials?
Kali - The deeper the better.

Vishal - How do you feel about the classifications in metal? like deathcore, metalcore and other subgenres..
Kali - A few genres deserve a name, many others don`t.

Vishal - In general term extreme metal isn't appreciated by Society what do you have to say on this?
Kali - Very good.

Vishal - Ok, what do you want to tell those peoples who rips off the band hard work and illegally downloads their music?
Kali - The conherences on this issue are quite complex and ambivalent, I just can speak for myself, I buy music and use free downloads.

Vishal - Beside Cult Of Blood do you have any other projects too?
Kali - Yes, photography.

Vishal - Is it hard surviving in underground Scene?
Kali - To survive in the Swiss Underground scene is not so hard, on the other hand the material welfare weakens the fighting spirit. With the words of Nietzsche: "You must have chaos within you to give birth to a dancing star."

Vishal - Metal has to be underground or metal has to go mainstream, what's your opinion?
Kali - Doesn`t matter, "mainstream comes to you, but you have to go to the underground" Frank Zappa.

Vishal - What is your opinion on the current state of underground metal?
Kali - Internet has changed the underground metal scene. Many bands got more popular but on the otherside it opens new doors for other underground organisations, metal etc.

Vishal - Which is the album you want to take to your grave?
Kali - The sound is saved on a in(e)ter-nal HDD ;-)

Vishal - Can you recommend us some good bands from your place for our readers?
Kali - Celtic Frost, Samael stuff like that.

Vishal - Support Underground Metal, how much you agree on this quote?
Kali - As long as it`s black enough.

Vishal - In near future if any band from Nepal aproaches to you for a Split Album, are you goin to approve this?
Kali - Of course, if it`s sick enough.

Vishal - Any tour plans for Nepal in coming days?
Kali - We are open for anything and have a lot of respect for the Nepalese underground metal scene.
