Corpulent Deformity - Oh hey look another awesome band. I was honoured to see this band twice, once in Pokhara Dishormony III and at Drajeeling Headbanger's Assault. If the words "breakdown" and "Neckbreak" used in the same sentence don't excite you sexually then you are hopeless.GO DIE YOU GAY!! Unmerciful, destructive deathcore from Kurseong will toss you into a dizzying tailspin for several hours.They throws a few grooves and slam influences together with some serious riffing/soloing and guttural growls and you will find yourself in the body throwing mosh.Oh hey look another awesome band. fine fine here is a real word, the band is for you sick fucks.

If Hope Dies - Saw this guys at Headbanger's Assault, Darjeeling. They are very tight and energetic on stage and honestly this band makes you want to pick up an AK-47 and overthrow the government, society and all the negative feedbacks.Whether that's a good or bad thing is up to you, but to me this band is so satisfying.I am proud to announce that I have joined them.To celebrate, here is my first appreciation for them - The brilliant melting of metal, and post metalcore elements on performance, something which speaks volumes about this band is full of energy.Rawrrrrr. One of those bands which you can enjoy LIVE until you don't break your neck or get overdozed.

Grossty - Everyone should step back and listen to this awesome grind from Banglore, two of their track "TV is full of crap" & "He goat is fucking a she goat" is up there for streaming, Grind is New to Nepali Metal heads because, most of the bands here are regular metal bands who follows the path of senior bands from their scene. Honestly, I get uncomfortable when peoples start talking about grind here because, they all thinks it's a part of metalcore, deathcore etc. because it's a GRINDCORE. funny isn't it? anyway, there's only one way to do it, that way lies stagnation, grind is what you make of it, leave the rules and regulations to the clowns. The point of this is before anyone tries to go telling everyone what is and what isn't "grind" they should probably realize that they don't have a fucking clue and should probably not talk their righteous douchery and must not post onto the Internet because it will come back to haunt them. Trust me, 10-15 years from now, you'll be downloading some awesome Grind..anyway, I highly recommend this band to you all.. must check

Ugrakarma - One of the first extreme metal bands to come out of South Asia, they will absolutely rip your face off with this unrelenting and merciless display in their tunes.The guitar licks of Pratik Da imports death and thrash styles into the music while the vocal offering is a rather desperate sounding growl as if someone tuned Sunil Da vocals down an octave with several double-tracked, higher pitched howls thrown in for good measure.Complete with juggernaut blast beats, anyone looking for a good pounding metal in the sensitive area of Kathmandu should check this band out..Simply, Moster of Live.

X Angle & Diablo X - dherailai thaha cha, black metal really isn't my thing. Sure, I'll listen to 1349, Marduk, Beherit etc. the regular blackk metal bands are really isn't that interesting to me..but, this two band X Angle & Diablo X, both containing "X" (ha..ha..co-incidence or fun fact coming to all Black Metal bands) has a unique screeching vocals style , the riffs aren't regular and usual black metal riffs but has a fuzzy riffing and definitely melodic in a sort of sorrowful, hopeless way that really helps the Lady Vocalists (both band has a Lady Vocalist) to release energetic atmosphere that is wrapped up by their respective frontman in a very melancholy fucking good.This both band offers up a hearty slab of solid black metal at times incorporating a style similar to channels of evils, particularly into the riffage, along with a mixture of burly screech, growls and scratchy rasping on the vocal side of things. Sounds good, right fuckers? Find out for yourself it's number is 666.

Homicidal Bleed - Had absolutely no idea this band was coming out but fucking hell what a surprise? This is probably one of the best thing Brutal Lunch Box witnessed, excellent..I know that many people were both impressed and unimpressed by Homicidal Bleed debut show. So that is good news for both crowds. This time around they concentrate less on regular slam sections and more on hissing atmospheric herbal reaction of slam and more grooves..Do check 'em.

Calamitian -...no but seriously this Band makes me want to destroy things, you should join me..that will likely lead to the destruction of a few voting poll stations...sounds good to me. Seriously..."Calamitian" is thick, punchy, slam death metal from Kathmandu taking influences from a host of bands that I am way too fucking lazy to list off right now, so suffice to say that it slays and you should probably get on this ship as soon as possible.. Once, you go Slam, you will never walk out from Slam !!

Broken Hymen - One listen to this will teach u that this is not ur typical Swedish Dismember, Entombed or Grave imitation. This thing is thick, razor sharp, down tuned and just plain old junkyard dog mean. The riffs will crush your skull into a pulp, the drumming will crush that pulp into a soup, and the production and vocals run that soup into the sewers. It should be very interesting to see what these guys churn out at Periodic Bleeding .. \,,/

Fall - nowadays, Porn is Fake too with so many plastic toys around..Dildo do u like that?? Fuck, i am not picking up a girl who plays with it.. anyway, I saw Fall - a first Pornogrind band in Nepal for the very first time and i was like, KILL said this has porn and Oh boy does it have riffs? Riff's hard, seriously if you haven't seen this band (In which case, where the hell have you been?) get on it faster than balls..and balls are fast..Yeah and don't complain about the vocals, otherwise I will personally arrive at your house and kick you right where the sun don't shine, right..Fuck, most of you will probably see the metal vocalist growling and screaming, but hear me out. Imagine if Meat Shits, Grave Grinder, Torsofuck and Gut got together and had a 4 way sex child. That, in essence, is what FALL sounds like to me, and as a matter of fact they're pretty horny.Pure Sex worshippers are somehow mangled into a twisting mass of discordant song structures all over some meaty and filthy song structures. FALL rules and even if you hate PORN in general, TRY IT, it's worth.
