Vishal - Can i get the story of your band and biography? What is the meaning of Iniquitous Deeds exactly means to the band?
Niko - Well this band has pretty much been made up of me and my drummer for the longest time. We have been jamming for about 6+ years now and originally had a band (it was not very good) that had a different style than what we have now. It was always just me and him because we never had any luck with the line-up. He left to go be in a punk band for a year or so after this and i had no choice but to just write and jam on my own. I wrote the tracks "Blackened Despair" "Disseverment" "Tomb of Divine Supremacy" on my own time and showed him again when coincidentally he was done playing with the other band so he got stoked wanted to do death metal with me again. We decided to stay committed and really be serious to this one so we started what is now known as Iniquitous Deeds. After perfecting the structure and adding the additional song "Metamorphosis", we made the EP. Our buddy Mike was willing to do vocals for us and our other Ex-bassist Wes stepped up to the plate so at that point we finally reached a full line up. Recorded after some time and got on a label. As far as the name goes we didn't want something to do with gore we were always sick of seeing it everywhere in death metal to us it means the very thing we do our best. Writing brutal, iniquitous music.
Vishal - What are the lyrical themes you use in your song?gore, horror, politics, anti religion etc..
Niko - For the album we are working on its going to be about the mind, suffering and torture through hallucinations, unearthly space beings, and other things that will relate to what we are trying to go for that's not a knife and a human body!

Vishal - How it feels to be in a Underground band? And for how many years you are in this scene?
Niko - We have been in it for a little over a year and i must say it feels great! everyone is so friendly and supportive its incredible.
Vishal - Which are the bands that have influenced your band most?
Niko - Hmmm this is a hard question to answer because I feel like a lot of my influence was from listening to so many bands and other styles of music especially jazz and classical over the years molding me into a certain way of thinking musically and seeking out making everything different. But If we are going to point fingers, Disgorge and Defeated sanity have to be at the top of the list.
Vishal - What are the future plans of Iniquitous Deeds? any tours, releases, recordings etc.
Niko - Well we are working really hard on finishing up writing for our upcoming full length to be released on new standard elite records. It's going to be fucking epic! For fans of our current material get ready for a big step up! We are also planning our first tour this summer we will be playing dates like Las Vegas Death Fest and Foothills Gutfest as well as many others.
Vishal - What is your opinion on sites posting Underground Materials?
Niko - I love it ! Keep it coming ! Support Support Support!!!
Vishal - How do you feel about the classifications in metal? like deathcore, metalcore and other subgenres..
Niko - Well i am not a fan of that style of music at all, but as far as subcategories go they are inevitable.
Vishal - In general term extreme metal isn't appreciated by Society what do you have to say on this?
Niko - Good. Honestly if death metal was as big as Madonna or Justin Beiber it would take away from the whole meaning ! it's kind of nice knowing you have a small family of people in a community especially when it's all about the music and having no limits to what you are playing. Only thing I don't like is how under-appreciated it is musically ! We bust our ass ! You can dislike the music but at least respect it.
Vishal - Ok, what do you want to tell those peoples who rips off the band hard work and illegally downloads their music?
Niko - The only problem i will every have with this is when someone is using our music, artwork, merch and selling it for a profit on their own. I am totally fine with people getting our music for free. We are not concerned on making profits from this band we are here to bring the music to people ! People will support anyways plus its badass to have the actual CD and the full quality. If I was concerned about it id be a total hypocrite. Plus i know what it's like to have no money and want to hear so many different things. Your able to get it and really judge if you like it before buying it. I can't even think of how many albums i have downloaded and deleted right away.
Vishal - Beside Iniquitous Deeds do you have any other projects too?
Niko - I have my own studio at home that i just do random tracks here and there i sometimes post them here : Soundcloud.com/kalajackass

Vishal - Is it hard surviving in underground Scene?
Niko - Well you have to have originality, connections and the true heart of a musician I think.
Vishal - Metal has to be underground or metal has to go mainstream, what's your opinion?
Niko - I of course wish there was a more people into brutal death metal but the way it is now is fine I think.
Vishal - What is your opinion on the current state of underground metal?
Niko - It's getting bigger, a lot more underground labels like the one we are one are stepping up to the plate and getting the word out there.
Vishal - Which is the album you want to take to your grave?
Niko - Man this is probably the toughest question to answer as i don't have a favorite band ! i have many! If it had to be one album....Psalms of the Moribund by Defeated Sanity.

Niko - Not as of now. That would be later down the line ! would be really cool though!
Vishal - What do you hate in Underground Metal?like, anything..
Niko - I am not liking how much faking of drums and studio magic is being used more! I mean that's in every style of music and big or small i just don't like what it does. Especially for underground metal of all music.
